Upi services for IPPB has been started today



UPI services has been rolled out for customers in IPPB Mobile Banking application today. 



Kindly update Ippb Mobile Banking application in Google playstore.


We request you all to be sensitive to the customer feedback & complaints.



The following new functionalities are now available on Mobile Banking App (Android)


1.       UPI Services: Send, Collect, Scan & Pay using QR, Approve/Reject a collect request


2.       Pay Bills : Bill payments, Payment Reminders, Auto Pay, New User Interface.


3.       Aadhaar Seeding : Customers can now see their correct seeded bank which will significantly increase the success rate for Aadhaar seeding


 


Please note:


1.       iOS is still on older version. It is planned for public release in a fortnight.


2.       There could be compatibility related issues – therefore in case a customer reports issue – please try it at your end before reporting the issue. The issue could be intermittent or specific to an android version phone. In case of Android version specific please gather the device information from the customer and submit necessary GSD ticket.


3.       All the DOP related functionalities are moved to Post Office Services tab on the dashboard.


4.       Virtual Debit Cards tab is acivated now

India Post Mobile Banking Android  Application Dear Customer, kindly complete the registration in your nearest post office where your POSB account is present. Once you have completed registration for mobile banking, you can use the services offered  by Department of Post Mobile banking application. Please download latest apk and use activate option for further process.
